Before order and quote, we will double check with you whether you have ability to unload the package on your own, if not, we will arrange third party to help on this, but the cost will be charged.

What do I need to do for customized products?
If you have detail drawing , send us the drawing.
Or let us know the finishing requirement which include material, size, quantity, rough drawing ect. We will make drawing for your approval .

All cargoes need to be shipped from China ?
Customized products and the products which out of stock need ship from China and the produce time normally need 10-20 days, shipping day depend on the destination, for the detail please contact us.
Can I get door to door price?
Yes, let us know the address we will give you the to door price within 1 work day.
Can I combine my shipment with my other supplier’s shipment from China ?
Yes, we could transport the packages free within 300km distance. If more than 300km, The domestic transportation fee will be charged.
What's the minimum purchase order I can buy from RIVER?
Normally the safety bollard qty if less than 30, Fence panel less than 50 m2, we prefer recommend you pick up from my customer’s warehouse near you.
If more than this, import from China directly solution will available. For sure the more you buy the unit price lower.
